Johnnie Walker “Make It Black” Party @ One City

So,throwback to the Halloween night 2014,it was an amazing night with JOHNNIE WALKER MAKE IT BLACK EVENT which held at The Place,One City.

The guest was enlighten with a summary of Johnnie Walker prolific history and journey.Johnnie walker humble beginning started out with the John Walker,the man who decided to open up a grocery store.Soon after,the pace of the store started gaining popularity which turn lead to an evolution which evolve the brand.Johnnie Walker marketed itself to be an edgier,bolder brand as a whole via their MAKE IT BLACK campaign.

The entrance to the event venue,guest were immersed into the edgy realm of Johnnie Walker® from the decor,right through to the entertainment.

Natalie Harley,the senior brand manager of JOHNNIE WALKER® Malaysia commented:

“This is a new start for Johnnie Walker® Black Label®. The campaign takes Johnnie

Walker® Black Label® in a bold new direction that not only brings to life the powerful 

personality and taste of this iconic whisky but also celebrates the bold and progressive 

spirit of the new whisky generation. The Make It Black event at Zouk Club KL is just the 

beginning and the coming twelve months will bring a number of new initiatives for us.”

The performance show was amazing!A variety performance staged by hot dancers from Malaysia's popular dance crew,with choreography by Cecilia Yong,the winner of So You Think You Can Dance Malaysia Season 2.I was most impressed by the LED dance performance show,which done by Katoon Network.DJ Joey G and DJ Ken mastered the decks,while guitarist Leonard Chua and Kelvyn Yeang and drummer Nehe Ting performed a musical talent show-off.
